The problem with all this information, however, is the fact that we need to know what to do with it. A real estate transaction is likely to be the biggest transaction of your life, while at the same time, one that you will do only a few times in your life. It is the very size and consequence of the transaction coupled with the infrequency that make it potentially problematic. Thats where I come in.

Inspection issues, title and legal issues, mortgage and other financial issues, and much more all must be orchestrated so that the closing date happens right on schedule. While phase one is important, it is in phases two and three that the most money can be won or lost. These are also the places where the average consumer can have difficulties, and that ties back to the fact that most people simply do not have the opportunity to gain the amount of experience needed to be proficient in these transactions.
The other thing I bring to the table is knowledge of the area.
